Richard Roehm, the Founder and Board Chairman of the Orange County Deaf Advocacy Center, passed away on February 6, 2013.
Here at the Orange County Deaf Advocacy Center we are committed to putting an end to the discrimination of those with hearing and vision impairment by providing a variety of free services to those in need.
