MISSION STATEMENT

To educate the people in Orange County with disabilities of their right to be free from discrimination in employment, housing, public accommodations and from hate violence.

VISION STATEMENT

Re-Inventing Advocacy. We are re-inventing community advocacy so people with hearing disabilities will have the same and equal opportunity to a safe, healthy, and productive living as everyone else.

CREDO/CREED STATEMENT

We accept responsibility for the short and long term consequences of our own advocacy and expect the same of others. We believe that unethical/irresponsible advocacy threatens the quality of advocacy and consequently the well-being of our stakeholders and the fragile society in which we represent.
